General Manager – Mike Aroskin

Prior to joining Overland Health in 2017 as General Manager, Mike has worked in a number of Industry sectors in the UK and France. Coming from a Finance background he has held numerous Corporate and Operational roles including that of CFO, and most recently as CEO for a French Insurance company in Malta.

Mike aims to further develop Overland Health’s offer to the Market whilst continuing to ensure a Customer/Patient focus with high standards of Ethics, Quality and Service.

He holds a Business Degree from Greenwich University (London) and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA).

Head of Operations – Taian Stagno

Having notched several years with the company, Taian leads the management team and is responsible for the day to day running of the business, this includes overseeing our Operations and Business Support departments. Her focus is to ensure the business achieves its' volume, service and quality targets, whilst developing a talented workforce to improve Overland Health’s patient experience and service standards.

With a background in banking, Taian climbed the ladder at Overland Health from a Customer Service Representative to develop an encyclopaedic understanding of our clinical and operational delivery, and was appointed to her current role in July 2016.

She is also directly responsible for our HR and training functions, and plays a key role in recruitment, inductions and managing a strategic annual training plan.

Operations Services Manager – Ann Xuereb

Coming from an insurance background, Ann joined Overland Health in 2012 and has steadily progressed over the past years from CSR to her current role.

Having worked in various departments she has been involved in a number or projects resulting in a rounded insight into the company processes and procedures as well as allowing her to build relationships with customers and suppliers alike.

Ann’s role is to further develop the relationships that the company has with our referrers whilst identifying and acquiring new business development opportunities where possible. She also oversees our nationwide Supplier Panel and the day to day operations of the company including Staff Recruitment and Training.

IT Development Manager – Max Aiuppa

Max recently joined the company as our I.T. Development Manager and brings a wealth of knowledge to the table based on his 10+ years of Web Development experience.

Due to being specialised in security and having experience within multiple businesses and sectors, Max previously undertook a lot of consultancy work before joining Overland Health.

Max’s responsibilities include Overland Health’s front and backend development and IT Security together with the maximisation of user experience relating to our web-based portal. He also provides IT business development input in respect of new projects.

Business Support Manager – Eddie Gregson

Eddie joined the company in 2016 as a Finance Assistant and has quickly progressed to the role of Business Support Manager.

In his current role, Eddie is responsible for the delivery of Management Information and the day-to-day operation of the IT Department with particular focus on Overland Health’s CRM. He also manages all internal projects as well overseeing our Business Analyst.

Eddie also has a Higher National Diploma In Computing (Technical Support and Network Infrastructure) and is keen to continue expanding his IT remit to further compliment his role.

Head of Technical Development – Chris Bartlett

Chris commenced his career in Sports Rehabilitation and Injury Prevention before progressing into rehabilitation case management, vocational rehabilitation and senior management positions for Case Management, Occupational Physiotherapy and Mental Health providers. He was the Rehabilitation First Awards, Young Achiever of the Year, in 2012 and a Vocational Rehabilitation Association Practitioner of the year, Finalist in 2014.

Chris has an MSc in Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation and is seen as a leading contributor to the Occupational Rehabilitation and Case Management industries having been involved in these industries for over 12 years. He was most recently part of the judging panels for the Rehabilitation First Awards and CMSUK Case Manager of the Year Awards in 2017. He is the CMSUK Communications Committee Chair, having been a CMSUK Director since 2014.

Chris is presently Head of Technical Development for Overland Health since September 2017 and is responsible for Clinical Governance, Business Strategy and Development in addition to Business Development.

Rehabilitation Services Manager – Eric Maramieri

Eric joined Overland Health in 2014, and has managed to progress within the company in short order. Starting as a CSR he quickly moved to leading various teams which has given him the foundation for his current role.

His main responsibilities are overseeing the treatment teams as well as certain aspects of finance. Eric also acts as a point of contact between Overland Health and one of our main Suppliers to ensure that a strong business relationship is maintained.

Rehabilitation Lead – Rowena Tunks

A qualified Physiotherapist, Rowena joined Overland Health in 2015 as our in-house Rehabilitation Specialist overseeing and improving our clinical governance and high standard of service delivery using her wealth of experience in treating patients.

Rowena plays a key role in the governance of all clinical matters following the latest Rehabilitation Code changes, and assists in the training and development of staff delivering these processes internally.

She is also responsible for the clinical quality of Overland Health’s portfolio of services, providing essential feedback to the management team to ensure we are complying with all best practice directives. Rowena also plays supporting roles in the development of new rehabilitation programmes that enhance our commercial proposition.

Psychology Lead – Miriam Geraldi

Miriam holds a doctoral degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Surrey. She joined Overland Health in 2012. Through the years, she has been providing psychological therapy within various generic and specialised services in the National Health System and in the private sector. Miriam combines her knowledge of different psychological models in her work with clients and describes herself as an integrative psychologist. She has also been involved in training and lecturing at undergraduate and postgraduate levels for the past 5 years. Miriam has conducted research in different areas of psychology focusing predominantly on the process of identity consolidation in adolescence and on clinical supervision.

At Overland Health, she is responsible for the development of best practice guidelines, as well as for the implementation of audit and governance controls for mental health services. Miriam is also involved in the liaison between Overland Health and corporate clients especially for the delivery of mental health needs. She provides consultancy in the management of critical issues, including complaints involving corporate clients, individual clients and practicing therapists.
