Overland Health provide a full range of Physical Rehabilitation services. Based on a ‘stepped-care’ model of rehabilitation, by accurately triaging patients, we identify and refer to the appropriate type and intensity of service to meet the level of need. This ensures the provision of targeted and cost effective programmes - early intervention is central to the achievement of optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
Compliant with the Rehabilitation Code (2015) our rapid triage and reporting service provides meaningful information on injury presentation, the impact on function and work, and provides the appropriate recommendation for the type of rehabilitation service required and the number of sessions.
Operating with day, evening and weekend hours, our staff will make every attempt to contact the patient to either conduct our assessment, or to schedule a more convenient time to complete the triage.
Our Telephysio service provides access to a qualified Physiotherapist providing a detailed telephone assessment and a tailored rehabilitation programme. This includes a psychosocial assessment and management, advice, education and an online exercise prescription to facilitate recovery, return to function and work
Overland Health has an extensive network of quality checked and vetted Physiotherapists, Osteopaths and Chiropractors. We are able to offer convenient appointments at times, dates and locations throughout the UK.
