Activities of Daily Life Assessments
An activities of daily living (ADL) assessment analyses a person’s functional performance in the areas of personal self-care and general activities in and around the home.

- ADL assessments can lead to an increase in function and independence
- It can initiate progress towards return to work through addressing and resolving delays and barriers to recovery.
