Clinical oversight is held by a practicing, consultant and in-house inter-disciplinary management team. Clinical tools and outcome measures have been developed by this team who meet quarterly to review and audit specific cases. This ensures that we are adopting the most ethical clinical and vocational approaches in delivering our rehabilitation and return to work services.
By using evidence-based standardised measurement tools across all treatment disciplines we are able to consistently monitor and measure improvement while highlighting any areas of concern that may be present.
All of our clinical assessment tools are designed to support intelligent auditing systems. Key data is entered through numeric and multiple-choice fields. This allows us to draw clinical data into our system and immediately flag where results are outside of expected boundaries. These can then be investigated by our clinical team.
In addition to intelligent auditing tools, cases are also submitted at random for peer-to-peer review.
Proof of CPD is submitted annually by all practitioners and random assessments of Practitioners’ private portfolio are undertaken by members of Overland’s clinical team.

Patient feedback is fundamental to a quality service. Our Service User Feedback Questionnaire enables us to measure standards and criteria that other audit tools cannot, or those where patients are best placed to judge conformance.
In addition to our overarching governance procedures, specific working practices have been developed in line with UK governing bodies. Adherence to the standards laid down by these bodies represents our commitment to best practice.
