Our Cloud-based platform means that all practitioner reports are completed online. Practitioners access our secure server using a password-protected log-in and can access detailed patient information, triage reports and retrieve or complete assessment forms. Patient core details are pre-populated to these forms improving data integrity and significantly reducing administration time.
Reports are designed to support intelligent auditing systems. Although practitioners can add free text, as much information as possible is entered through numeric and multiple-choice fields. This gives us the ability to draw this data into our central database and flag where results are outside of expected boundaries. These can then be investigated by our clinical team.
The system has been designed, from the outset, to support the biopsychosocial approach. Physiotherapy assessment forms, for example, ask practitioners to comment on potential issues of psychological overlay. Again, these are automatically and instantly flagged to our clinical team.
Systemised triage and assessment tools can offer immediate outcome measures and recommendations based on evidence-based precedents. Where necessary, marginal scores can be referred to our clinical team for comment.
All referrers have direct access into our online system which offer track and trace systems to monitor the status and progress of an injured party.
The system has been designed to give simultaneous visibility over any treatment or case management that the injured party is receiving. This means that any required updates on your clients can be accessed in real time via one screen, even where a patient is receiving multiple parallel treatments.
Data from clients referred is drawn automatically into our database and is available for you to access at any time. Comprehensive decision support tools give real time management information. You can even set parameters to return results for different injury types or referral sources to tailor reporting to your requirements.
