Our pro-active rehabilitation product is designed to complement the workflow of cases running through, and outside of, the MOJ portal. We have demonstrated that smarter provision of rehabilitation can improve the claimant’s journey and add value to cases without impacting on fee earners.

Low-Touch Rehabilitation

We can offer low touch or no-touch file handling for your fee earners by

• Integration with case management systems such as Proclaim or Solcase
• data transfer, updates such as notification of liability status, appointment dates, assessment results and so forth happening automatically cutting out the need for email and telephone traffic
• A proactive approach with defendant insurers
• Where we feel that liability may be questioned, for example where an RTA case has exited the portal, we assume responsibility for securing funding. Proceeding in this manner means that
• Compliance with the Rehabilitation Code is ensured and good relations with third party insurers are maintained
• Potential exposure to claimants is removed
• There are no time-consuming issues relating to rehabilitation recovery for fee earners to consider
• Our proven clinical best practice and adherence to the Rehabilitation Code with regard to joint instructions means that insurers have been very receptive to this approach
