Effective triage is fundamental to Overland’s clinical model. For acute musculoskeletal injuries this process starts with a physiotherapy triage.

Remote Physiotherapy Triage

Triage services can be accessed by instruction of an injured party, by use of our Freephone helpline or, where requested, by accessing our diagnostic tools online.

Triage can either lead to referral to face-to-face assessment, referral to our telephysio team for minor cases, or referral to our clinical team where red flag issues are highlighted.

Our triage services enable early intervention and ensure that injuries can be dealt with expediently and expertly.
